So I’ve decided to go vegetarian for a few weeks, maybe a month. So far I’ve planned for two weeks but I’ll decide whether to take it further once I’m into the habit for a bit. I’m not going to stay veg., I just want to help cleanse my body and get a little bit healthier. I guess I’ll be more pescetarian because I’m going to throw in fish (especially shriiiiimp). When I start eating meat again, I’ll stick to only chicken, sometimes pork, and very rarely the occasional beef (lean beef). I’m a firm believer that beef should be a delicacy and never a commodity because of feedlots and their impact on the environment, along with the fact that our bodies barely process red meat.
I’ve started a new birth control because my other one was getting too expensive (67 dollars for A MONTH’S SUPPLY) and it’s made me lose 2 lbs so far, but all I’ve noticed difference in is my boobs are no longer busting from my bra as much as they were. I don’t really have big boobs in the first place, birth control! Take it from somewhere else!
Doing at least 30 minutes of cardio (brisk walks around Deering Oaks, treadmill at the gym, walk around town etc), plus 30 crunches, 30 criss cross crunches and some pilates (got a handy dandy portable pilates thing!) I’ll switch it up dependent on my work schedule, and figure out a solid routine in the next week. In the process of making a physical schedule to print out and keep track of everything.
Three goals for motivation to help power me through. I want to be 135 by June.
I’ve lost 5 pounds in three weeks so far! I wonder if it has to do with my birth control, or if it’s because I’m exercising and eating healthier?
the whole putting pants on part is hard.
